We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of sukra ace with instant chiller that is enclosed in stainless steel cover. Easy to maintain, the single time crushing of the instant chiller ensures maximum amount of juice. The cooling is maintained by stainless steel water tank at 10 degrees Celsius. Needle bearings with double protection seal of the chiller ensures no mixing of grease and oil with juice.

• The Cooling is made by S.S. water tank - The temperature in the tank is maintained at 10 degrees Celsius. The Juice from the collection chamber passes trough the coolant pipe from top side and flows through the pipe fitted in the coolant tank and comes out at the delivery outlet. The cooling will be about 15 to 20 degree Celsius, (About 10 to 15 degrees lesser than prevailing room temperature).

• The cooling is made by a hermitic motor of 1/6th H.P and a small radiator condenser. The power consumption will be 2 units per day of 8hours running. The juice travel time in the tank is about 10 seconds. If the crusher is running continuously, the cooling will not be sufficient. Therefore, we have to provide internal of at least for 20seconds after, if used continuously for 6 glass of juice allowing the chamber to cool fast

• Morning before starting the crusher, the cooler must be switched on at least 1 hour before we start the crusher for effective cooling

• A timer is fitted in the machine with provision for adjustment. It will cut off when ever the tank temperature reaches to 15 degrees, saving the power
